At Steve's Music Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return most electronics and instruments within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping center or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
